Refund Policy

  1. Hi, we are Clickray and welcome to the Clickray Refund Policy Rules. These rules outline what you can expect both from us and our items you buy from the HubSpot Marketplace. They provide a transparent approach to refunds giving.
  2. As the creator and owner of the items on the HubSpot Marketplace, we are responsible to you for items you purchase from us via HubSpot Marketplace. These rules are based on the consumer laws that we think apply best to transactions that happen on HubSpot Marketplace, so you as the buyer know what to expect in case of a refund.
  3. Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds only case by case basis. Refund has to be processed within 30 days of purchase order. Our sales and support teams will try to solve the concern and only if they will not be able to do so, we will give out a refund.
  4. Here are the situations in which we can give out a purchased item's and related services' a refund:
    • Item is not as described
    • Item does not work the way it should
    • Item has a security vulnerability
    • Item’s support was promised but not provided
  5. Why may a refund not be given?
  6. If the item is basically similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide
    a refund in situations like the following:
    • You no longer want it after a download
    • The item did not meet your expectations
    • You simply changed your mind
    • You bought an item by mistake
    • You bought an item to a wrong HubSpot portal
    • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
    • You ask for goodwill
