Refund Policy

  1. Turbo templates contain non-tangible irretrievable goods. We do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is uploaded to your HubSpot account.
  2. We are also aware that there are exceptional circumstances that may occur during the purchasing process. Therefore, we make honor requests for refunds on the following reasons:
    • Non-delivery of the template - due to technical issues purchased template couldn’t be downloaded to your HubSpot portal,
    • A major defect of the products - our templates are tested and aligned with all the requirements from HubSpot, but unexpected errors may occur. Claims regarding such issue must be submitted for approval to our Technical Team via the particular web form. If the request is approved and we fail to fix it, the refund will be issued to the customer. Please be aware that temporary access to your HubSpot portal will be required to identify and assess the claim and fix the issues.
